PARTIAL PLANNING

You like to be a bit more hands-on with your wedding planning, prefer to be the point of contact with vendors from the beginning of the planning process, and like making/attending appointments independently but still need some guidance to stay on track.
OR
You already started planning your wedding, but now you think you need some help to bring it all together. The logistics are starting to become overwhelming; it's okay to ask for some help! I can jump in at any point of your planning process, so let's discuss what responsibilities you want me to take on. I can help with as much or as little as you want me to. Here is what I can provide for the Partial Planning Package:

⦁ Give instructions month to month on what to do in the planning process OR take over all planning; wherever you left off

⦁ Suggest vendors for specific components if needed

⦁ Provide consistent updates so you know where we are in the planning process

⦁ Ensure you stay on schedule with planning

⦁ Provide wedding day agenda

⦁ Attend/assist with wedding rehearsal

⦁ Assist with ceremony/reception music requirements

⦁ On site supervision of wedding ceremony and beginning of reception (up to 10 hours)

⦁ Directing and managing vendors the day of

⦁ Being the "go-to" person for vendors if needed

⦁ Setup of personal décor and stationery items (teardown not included)

⦁ Greet and seat guests at the ceremony

⦁ Double checking final details

⦁ Ensure the day runs according to plan and on time

The Investment:  $2500 (tax included)

The Timeline:  Roughly 7-18 months before the big day
