DAY COORDINATION

You have everything on your planning list checked off, congratulations! You feel accomplished and proud, thinking... who will make sure the day goes off without a hitch? You can't be in two places at once; getting ready to marry the love of your life and taking care of the day's logistics at the same time. That's where I come in. About a month before the wedding, we will get together to discuss all of the vendor information you have booked and tie up loose ends. This is the time to sit back, pamper yourself, and relax. You deserve it after all that planning! Here is what I can provide for the Day Coordination Package:

⦁ Provide wedding day agenda

⦁ Attend/assist with wedding rehearsal

⦁ Assist with ceremony/reception music requirements

⦁ On site supervision of wedding ceremony and beginning of reception (up to 10 hours)

⦁ Directing and managing vendors the day of

⦁ Being the "go-to" person the day of

⦁ Setup of personal décor and stationery items (teardown not included)

⦁ Greet and seat guests at the ceremony

⦁ Double checking final details

⦁ Ensure everything runs according to plan and on time
